Nukes Never Armed Says Army - EON
Here’s a scary story to get you think this Wednesday. Apparently the US Air Force accidentally loaded 5 nuclear weapons onto a B-52 bomber and flew it cross country. The Air Force has said that the weapons were not armed, but the fact that such an accident could happen is unnerving.

Yes, I saw it on the news. It stated that the U.S. was never in any danger. Really??? Who is going to get penalized for this mis-hap?

Well, according to further reports, the officer in charge of munition control has been relieved of duty. I think the key point is that apparently the detonators for the weapons were not installed.
