Handling Parental Anger

I read an interesting article in the Seattle Times this afternoon on dealing with anger as a parent. I think it provides some insight and suggestions on dealing with your anger.

Anger expressed on a limited basis is not all bad. When parents express their anger with words — without using contempt, sarcasm or insults — it can sometimes change and improve children’s behavior.

As Paul said, “In your anger do not sin” (Ephesians 4:26).
