House for Sale!

Karin and I have finally gotten our townhouse up on the market. Here’s hoping it will sell fairly quickly. If you’re interested in purchasing it, just make a reasonable offer.

For those of you keeping score at home, yes, it did take us 4 months to get it on the market. Dad and I moved most everything out back in July, and the rest of the stuff followed in August and early September. Part of the reason for the delay was waiting on someone who indicated they might be willing to buy it from us directly. But they never returned our phone calls, so here we are.

Hopefully we’ll get a buyer quickly, and we can take the profit off the house and save it up for a down payment on a new place down here near Federal Way. Keep us in your prayers!
