Corn Maze 2004
Last weekend was the annual Sunday School outing to the Corn Maze. Like previous years, we made our way to the Washington State Corn Maze up in Snohomish. For those that don’t know, its a 12 acre corn maze in the shape of the state of Washington. This was Bethany’s second trip to the corn maze, but she was only 8 weeks old when we went last year.
Bethany had a great time walking around the maze. And she started making friends with the other little girls too. We bought a harness for her to wear when we go out so she can’t run off and get lost. Made it easier to keep track of her amongst all the tall corn. Bethany did pretty well walking the maze, though she did start to get tired toward the end.
After finishing the maze, we sat down for lunch, then headed to the pumpkin patch for some nice pictures. The pictures turned out pretty well, if I do say so myself.
The NWNeon group is actually planning a trip to the same corn maze next week. Not sure if Karin will want to go or not. Especially since its supposed to rain all week and turn the maze into a giant mud hole. Bethany and Bell wouldn’t mind at all, but I don’t think Karin wants to have to deal with the clean up and the mud.
