Growing up so fast

Well, Bethany turned 6 months old this past Monday. Went in for her checkup on Thursday and was given a clean bill of health.

She’s been wanting to sit up more lately. But she still doesn’t have the strength to do it on her own. Since Karin and I don’t have the strength to hold her up all the time, and we both have things we need to get done, we needed to find her a solution. While we were out this morning, Karin asked to stop by a consignment shop she had seen. What did we find inside? A little seat just for Bethany!

We took it home and washed it all up for her. When we put her in it, she loved it. She actually sat in the chair contently for almost 2 hours. We finally took her out when it was time to get dinner. Looks like Karin might have finally found a way to get some work down.
