Professional(?) Photo Shoot
We got Bethany all dressed up in one of her dresses from Oma and decided that we needed to get some good pictures of her. So, a trip to Hancock Fabrics, Michael’s, WalMart and Tall’s Cameras got us what we needed to shoot some really nice looking pics of her. Of course, we got home and Bethany was sound asleep. So, we used the dog as a test subject. That work especially well since both the dog and Bethany’s dress are white.
Unfortunately, due to embargoes by Karin, the only picture I can show you at the moment is the one of Belldandy. The others should get posted late this week once Karin gets some prints made and mailed out. You’ll definitely have to let me know what you think of the pictures.

Waiting to see the rest. Bell looks very pretty in this photo. You must have touched up her eyes though, because they usually look white.
Great work.

No touch up on the eyes. They’re dark because of the lighting I used and because I didn’t use the flash. The flash is normally what lights her eyes up. With these, I had a clip on lamp on either side of her to light the scene.
The rest of the pictures should be up soon. I’ll see if I can persuade Karin to get them up sooner rather than later.

John and Karin, you have a fine looking dog along with a beautiful baby girl. Your parents spent Saturday and Sunday night in Tennessee with us. We tried to whip your dad in the game of Scrabble but he blew our doors in.
