Are We Ready Yet?
Well, today was the last of our childbirth classes. So that means we’re ready to give birth and be parents, right? Right? Well, maybe not. But we don’t have much of a choice now, do we?
The big news from this week was the decision by our doctor to go ahead and induce labor at 37 weeks. She wants to do this to avoid any complications from the gestational diabetes. The biggest one being the size of the baby.
So, Karin goes in for a Fetal Lung Maturity test on the 19th, and then goes in for the induction on the 21st. So we’ll be parents before the end of the month.
