Another Lazy Weekend
Well, another weekend has come and gone. We didn’t do a whole lot this weekend. Friday night, we rented a couple movies, laid out the futon in the living room, and watched Spirited Away. Its a very good movie, so if you get the chance, watch it.
We spent most of Saturday meeting with a mortgage broker discussing the possibility of refinancing our home. After that, we visited the Bellevue Square Mall for lunch and to wander around a bit. After that, it was home for a movie night.
Sunday was a very lazy day. We laid around the house until after 3PM. Then we decided to visit a few car dealerships to look at cars. Stopped by Lynnwood Dodge and were basically ignored. So we hopped in the car and headed up the road to Dwayne Lane’s Chrysler.
We got to sit in the brand new Chrysler Pacifica. It’s a big car. Over a foot longer than Karin’s PT Cruiser, and several inches wider as well. It was very well built, but we both decided that it wasn’t for us. Karin decided that she much preferred the Town & Country minivan. Especially the LXi model with the built in DVD player for the kids. It’ll be several years before we look into getting a new car though. We’ve gotta pay off the two we have now.
